The thunder roars with him
The gods approve his vengeance
Heavy rain beats his skin
He's ready
Ready for the kill

The king takes out his spear
The serpent shrouds the sky
Unafraid he knows
One of them has to die

Leaping through the air
A lightning strikes his blade
As the wind guides his flight
The weapon sets ablaze

Aim for the heart
It's blood for blood

With unnatural force
He strikes the beast
Disheartening was its screech

Penetrating its scales
Into the fiery core
The serpent was no more

A spike of the snake
Impales the king
And takes away his life

Glorified sacrifice

The sea calmed down

A new morning dawned
Calm and proud

A hero's farewell
